Obsidian

Obsidian is a note-taking and knowledge base application that uses local plain-text Markdown files to organize your thoughts. I discovered it at the end of 2020 and with a short break when I was using bear have been using it ever since. The interface in particular has a learning curve but it's worth persisting.
